Do you provide demo/samples for your products?

Do you provide money back guarantee?

Yes, we do. In case (highly unlikely) you fail in exam after using our practice exams and study guides, we will refund your money back. We will refund your money by crediting your credit card in case of failure in exam in first attempt. However, refund will be granted if the customer fulfills the following requirement:

  1. Refund claim must be submitted within 30 days time by email or fax from the purchase date (purchase date is inclusive).
  2. If you took the test at VUE you must send us the Registration Number and the Validation Number. If you took the test at Prometric then fax us your test result. This is required to validate result.
  3. Score/Result sheet must indicate the same name of customer.
  4. The refund claim includes the following essential information:

  3. Order Description (Exam Code)
  4. Last 4 digits of Credit Card

How can I make an online purchase?

  2. If this is your first purchase at certificationonline.net and you are not a registered member/user, then you should register yourself by entering the valid email and your desired user/member password. If you a returning customer, you should "Sign In" by entering your user/member email and password already provided to you.
  3. You will be directed to secure server of our Credit Card Processor (2checkout.com). Enter credit card information and finalize your payment.
  4. If your online payment is successfully accepted by the Credit Card Processing system, you will be directed to your "My Account" area. After the purchase the exams/products can be accessed from your "My Account" at any time till the expiry of the product.

Note: In some cases, the purchased products may not be activated immediately after the successful credit card transaction. And you will see "Under Process" message against each product. If you have purchased a "Study Guide With Q&A, use the follow procedure to download it:

  3. The latest versions of the purchased products/study guides will be available for your download. Click the "Download" link provided against each Study Guide With Q&A. I have purchased one of your Study Guide With Q&A, however I am not able to open it. What is the problem?

All our "Study Guides with Q & A" are in PDF format and are created using Acrobat Reader Version 5.0. The PDF files are then zipped. Follow the steps given below to open them:

  1. Unzip the zip file and extracted PDF files in your local machine.
  2. Open the PDF file(s) using Acrobat Reader 5 or higher. Acrobat Reader is free and can be downloaded from Adobe web site.
